In Animal Bar, you are tasked with understanding and learning about your customers and their personal stories as you build and run a new beverage bar. Decide whether to cater to your customers or create your own unique aesthetic and experiences as you choose to generalize or specialize in the Coffee, Tea or Soda paths.

History

Prototyping started on Animal Bar, as an idea our founder, Ryan Dunnison, had been conceiving and reworking for years. Shortly after he left BANDAI NAMCO Studios Vancouver, upon the studio's closure formation of the team began and we started building the framework for the game. In March 2019 pre-production and prototyping ended, and the team began to ramp up as the production phase began.

During the early stages of the COVID-19 epidemic the team decided to take the time to refine Animal Bar's toolset to give more flexibility and speed to developing content, as funding and networking had become more challenging. We're hoping this time gives us a more polished final product.
